DISTRICT WELL-BEING PROGRAM

An Innovative Approach to Educator Support

Following the overwhelming success of our free membership programming, we developed a year-round model designed specifically for campus and district-based educator communities.

Through our District Well-Being Program, we work alongside districts to create custom, tailored programming for teachers to build a regional peer network, connect with and learn from top talent in the sector, engage in professional development pathways that match their specific needs and interests, and take on leadership roles - all without making a career change.

Simply put, we provide solutions to help support districts develop and retain high-quality educators.
